I see far too many NPCs waltzing around Haven with just the cruddy 2 star blaster, calibur and defender. Could we at least see some "not noob" NPCs every now and then?

And i'll be screwin you over for pretty effects.
Not that i hate the animations, haven's alive... But i think either a server upgrade or code reworking is in order before this.
Most namely an option to turn off their superfluous animations for getting items in the cw. As that animation alone appears to make my connection suck.

I've seen some sprint around
I've seen some sprint around and talk to the guys setting up the scans just next to the waterfall, then they run off to bazaar, and then the ones that deliver crates to the same spot, but there's no variation in the NPC appearances. Although I did see a huge NPC leading two tiny NPCs around.

There'll still be a limit on how many NPCs can be in Haven at once. Sometimes when my connection is bad I go to a haven with like, 2 other people. NPCs don't cause all that much more lag.
Yeah, like those Guardian Knights with trojan helms that stand 9 feet tall with legs the size of baseball bats. :D
And some player-like ones! A couple Magic sets, a Skolver, Sunset, some Regailia'd ones busy at the Auction House...
Hell, they should do other things too. Maybe some sitting in the garden, some waving to each other from the Town Square Alchemy Machine's cliff, arguing to the Lab's guards about why they can't get in, come on OOO, make these guys fun to watch!
