OK, so I assume the SK.anniversary happened in the 6months I didn't play and so I am wondering when the promotion was happening, how did you got these accessories.
How rare were the hats just what had to be done to get them.
I just want to know so that I don't waste my time if the hats are super rare ones as I got one cheap and am thinking of selling.

The promotion was what I considered as a "moderate failure". It didn't sell too well, and most the stuff in it wasn't worth that much on the Auction House, mainly because it looked crappy.
