1. Create a new knight with the same account
2. Complete the tutorial mission, but don't leave rescue camp
3. Make your main send in some 2/3 star stuff
4. Log off
5. Re-Log in
6. Go to Rescue camp
7. Scare some people

I met a guy in 4* gear at the rescue camp once, even had an Avenger. Turns out he would get his guildies to invite him to normal clockwork runs, but then he would hit "return to rescue camp" at the end of every run, instead of taking a lift back up. Albeit this was before Missions.
