Spiral Knights Hardcore Dungeon!

I have been thinking latetly about the arcade and the gameplay itself.
And I noticed that the arcade is all empty and everyone is just playing Firestorm Castle. and doing the same content over and over agian.
So I came up with this Idea, There should be one dungeon where you end up in to endless pits.
Not like the regular D28 it ends up.

Like a dungeon that makes you go ahead like survival mode, Hardcore mode.
How far can you go, How far can you reach. Are you worthy to be called a Spiral Knight.
Endless Depths off statisfaction and fun.
Or like a Depth with waves and all kind off things.
The further you go within the harder it gets. Like mobs that do all 3 types off damages.
After exploring further you get into little bosses and get unlikely other materials to craft new gear/Weps.

Weps like: Sword
Battle axes.
Maces.

Weps like: Guns
Bow.
Crossbow
Boomerang.

Weps like: Bombs.
Time Bomb!

There should be a Record, So people will get exited to break each others record.
Who is the best ingame.

Record Should be like.
(player name) How far he came.

Our mission is to get to the core (done that) and use it to rebuild the skylark, not explore endless dungeons that's what shadow lairs are 4,hard dungeons, ever tried UFSC? Go do it, it's not never ending but hard..
And besides,OOO still owes us an iron slug buff,along with the 5* winmillon and others...

The arcade has: more variety, more dark city levels, more concrete jungle levels, scenario rooms, arenas, danger rooms, shadow lairs and basil.
I always run it.

People willingly choose to do FSC over and over because of it's high payout and relatively easy difficulty.

That's what should be 'fixed'. The problem isn't the lack of challange or variety.

Um... FSC isn't "relatively easy." It seems easy because people have grinded it into an oblivion and back. Do the same thing over and over again, and eventually it'll become easy. If you look at FSC from a fresh perspective, it's a rather nicely designed place with a good amount of variety (Although I will admit, there are a few too many instances of "Zombie spawn when you get near button/pressure pad").

I'd rather see a buff in normal clockwork levels to be honest. Not necessarily longer, but more enemies, more arenas, and (above all else) More Danger Rooms. I would love it if Danger Rooms were guaranteed per Clockwork Tunnels level.

And to be honest, I wouldn't mind a kind of survival mode as the OP is describing. Defense for as long as you can. I would love something like the Unknown Passage, except with an actual payout. Desperate skirmishes, running for your life, and a last stand with a definite clock ticking down the kills until you're home free.
