If you already have an offer of 150k then I would suggest you hold on to it
a little longer and I'm sure you could at least break even. Unless you're in

@Syvaa: Well, IMO, it's a bit much to ask for a buy to be waiting for me to eventually accept or decline his/her offer, so if I ever do accept, I'll ask if they still want it then. Otherwise, snoop move, asking them to wait for the ages it may take me to not get a better offer, making them sit there and wait with cr in-hand for me to give the 'k u can haz'.
Not really overkeen to get the cr, just rather get this thing sold, considering that's a large chunk of cr I can't use that's on something I wasn't going to use anyway.
