As I understand it, prior to the patch, people had gotten up to 123 tokens in T1, not sure about T2, and 96 in T3.
So, how about now, after the Winterfest change?

I've received over 200
I've received over 200 Winterfest tokens just doing the tier 3 run solo. Unfortunately I was unable to take a picture as my computer unexpectedly shut down right after the mission was completed.

The max I got was 96 in T2. I don't have a screenshot so you'll have to take my word for it. With a good party, you can reliably get about 90 tokens in T2.

Right you are. That's why I <3 Ycapt, lol. I didn't screenshot the others but so far (including the 2 in the OP) we've gotten 4 96-token runs I think. The rest were 87~93.
