My friend get hacked. Hacker sells all her stuff and spend the money. Is here any option to get money or stuff back?

Option A: OOO takes back all the money, even if it involves innocent people that bought it -and maybe spent it on something else- without knowing. Creates a huge chain of issues on a large scale.
Option B: OOO gives brand new stuff for your friend, Everyone's happy... if the hack was real. What if with a couple of alts I 'hack myself' so GMs duplicate my money?
And that's why we can't have nice things. OOO has to be evil and ignore you if they don't want to get scammed or annoy honest players.

Sorry to hear, but these two have summed up the eventualities pretty well :/
In any case, the hacked account is usually locked to 'secure' it. Don't ask me why; I'm not sure what there'd be left to secure that much.

Unfortunately I don't believe so. You can send a support request to the Guildmasters, and they will confirm whether you can or can't.
