Just asking to make sure that there were any undocumented ones around.
What were the removed enemies again?
Golden Trojan
Green Jelly Giant
Ironwood Sentinel (the non-void one)
Oh right, I forgot about Golden Trojans, but I've never heard of Green Jelly Giants.
I think thats how there spelled.
its on Aurura Isle. one side of map is shut off.
wait.... if that side of the map was opened again, and we got on party button, would Green Giant appear?
so technically Green jelly Giant never really disappeared.
Jelly Green Giants are the large forms of those mini green jellies you see in RJP. Or, were, at least. I believe they were featured in Aurora Isles stages.
To add to the list, Sloombargos and Slooms were removed from the game. I thought I saw a Sloom one day, but it turned out to be a Soul Jelly.
Also - I believe Oiler Barons were once in the game but were removed as well.

I spent a little time browsing the wiki to add to the list (not sure everything can be trusted) :
- Vog Cub, which were never seen by players but seen in the Promotional video of Spiral Knights
- Gold Puppy, much like Gold Trojan, was removed (all Gold mobs were .... and a year after we got drones xD)
- Ironwood Sentinel, which doesn't seem any different than a normal Lumber apart from the skin. We'd have to actively search for it to be sure, it is easy to confuse it for a normal Lumber
- wiki have entries for Black Kat and Cattywampus (kat family), without any more info. Perhaps an old player know something about those ones ?
- obviously, Punkin King and its Gourdlings cannot be found any more, because they are part of the Dark Harvest Festival (seems to happen every year so far)
- Creep Cake which was part of the Total Caketastrophe! event
That's all I could find by browsing the monster section on wiki. I'd really like to see what a Vog Cub was lick, as well as those 2 unknown kats.
I dont think Spiral SPy is a reliable source of information as i just saw a [spoilers]
Taking advantage of this thread... Anyone have some links with pictures of the old zombie skins version? they said in the beta they used to look scary. so just wondering.
@canine-vladimir: about the second pic of the wolver i think its the hologram of the phantom wolver that appears when you se the Attacks of the Wild Hunting Blade.
@Canine-Vladmir
Thanks! The first may well be a Vog Cub. The second is the one you shoot with WHB ghost swing, so not an actual wolver. The last one seems like an unfinished mob.
The ghost-ish one looks exactly like the ones used in the WHB attacks to me.
I was thinking the same thing. Its the wolf from the WHB attack animation.
But.....

Hey, hey mon, y u gotta make xmas harder on me? :( Don't post spoilers on the forums, please.
How is talking about enemies that have been removed a spoiler? Are you planning to bring them back?
i figured out a spoiler?! wooop! gotta check that off my bucket list.
lol and i thought the files were old and forgotten
me bad
@VeryBerryodios. i think ATL was talking about me post. my brain figured something out.
Hey, hey mon, y u gotta make xmas harder on me? :( Don't post spoilers on the forums, please. Oh ho ho ho! I hold your fate in my hands then.
Verodius: There is a difference between enemies that have been removed and enemies that have never been revealed in the game. In this case, pictures of unreleased monsters were also posted on the thread which is a no-no.
Everyone may talk about the Tortodrone and the Sloombargo (we even have pictures of them on the Spiral Knights wiki) and even the Vog Cub (seen in the promotional video). However, posting pictures of or talking about monsters that aren't yet revealed to the public are considered spoilers and will be handled accordingly.
Well, Once upon a time there was a hat that looks like the stranger hat, But it isn't a stranger hat............The end.
Tortodrones are the most famous ones
Sloombargos/Slooms were the other ones I believe. They were jellies that did sleep and dropped Zee Cores.
