Been there since C42 was released. There was a thread about someone finding it with a shivermist once... Ill have to see if I can find it.

You seem to have also found it. But I don't find my thread from many months ago :/ Aaaaaand it seems to be random. Again, it was at the end of the first corridor where you go up, next to the flamethrowers. And yet again, I should have taken a pic right there.
