Some random glitch. Reload once or twice and it'll correct itself. I've had worse.

Packet Losses, I experienced them.
Usually the website cannot send every packet, and some missing packets will turn the css file haywire, making your boxes turn into default size, or default color etc etc.

Wat happened? Do you mean the white part at the top? It happens randomly to me too
