@Night-rove - No, all items are not unbound. Items that are not unbound are unbound at the time of transactions. If you are asking if I charge unbinding fees in addition to the prices listed, the answer is no. These are standard prices already set to compensate for unbinding costs.

Because of all of this, I kindly ask all of you to refrain from posting bids that do not add value to big ticket items (i.e. +1 CE, +50 CE, etc). Please try to keep to a minimum of 100 CE increments, preferably 500 CE increments. Also, for individuals insisting on offering "low-ball" bids, please keep in mind any NPC is willing to pay 30k crowns for any of my 5* items

@Uniquevariant - Unfortunately, yes. All three items you bid on (Final Flourish, Polaris, Stagger Storm) were bought out either by other offers or via the buyout on the auction house (AH). Please keep in mind that if no one bid on the item while it was posted on the AH, your offer would have been still the highest and I simply would have taken a posting fee lose. Unfortunately, my prices seemed to be fair as the items were SOLD on the AH at their respective buyout prices.
In addition, to the convenience and fairness to everyone, I placed a special section at the very top of this thread dictating the items that were placed on the auction house, the C/O, and the AH S/O and B/O prices. There is no need to randomly check the AH for my items as every item that I placed on the AH will be posted as such on this thread.
