So recently our guild Resistance just got robbed by the guy named . He took everything from the member storage (mats, items, recipes) and then flee.
so what would happen to him ? Is there a way to retrieve what he took or punish him for what he did ? This is clearly a new way of scam, take longer time but more damages to many ppl.

it's against forum rules to name-and-shame wrongdoers, so first you should remove the identifying name and image links from your post. Then you should file a support request in-game explaining the situation in detail. If your images are needed you can send them directly to GMs when they ask and not post them here.
And yes, you need to be careful about who you promote or they can steal from guild storage (and of course mist wells).
Well, the same thing happened to my guild, but, luckily, the culprit's brother knew his password and was also in the same guild, so he logged onto his account, got most of the things back, and removed his own bro from the guild. :P Since then, whenever I put a bunch of mats I don't need into member storage, a gm or officer always takes most of it to put into vet or officer storage. Also, yeah, you should prolly censor the guy's name, you could get a temp ban or something for naming and shaming.
I read a Thread about the same problem like 2-3 weeks ago and thought to myself "ah this will never happen in our guild"
well f*** me it did happen to us :D
10 people filed a scam complaint and a GM filled a detailed (other) complaints. Hyperion gave us our mats back and we never heard from the guy again (even though he's still in the guild because we want to see if he will connect again, been like 2 weeks now?)
Now we all dump in off and we promote people so they can pick the mats and we put them back vet/member/recruit
And our Mist Wells are behind vets door. No problem so far after a week ^ ^
I probally shouldnt put the link to our screenshot of our guild storage but we had something similar to this.
anyway, the GMs saved us. so... just make the Guild Master, or someone with who cares for the Guild send a support ticket.
The Game Masters will do the rest.
