Starter Pack is 19:95$ But the description says: All items included are character bound. Whereas the energy pack for 7,500 CE + 1,225 + 2 frosty prize boxes + 2 winterfest boxes, doesn't say that they are bound, are the boxes in the starter pack bound?

The way I imagine it, the boxes are an extra gift for winterfest, they aren't part of the pack itself.
I could be wrong, but the Starter Pack's bound items refer only to the Starter Pack exclusives, like the Green Ward.
