so, i just cant use the normal forms to contact the support (none of the links work), so i think this is the best place to post.

my 'problem' is about this event. i dont live in USA, so the only way i can buy CE is using my father's credit card. but i cant buy more than once every 1~2 months.

so, last time i bough energy was the following:

29 April 2011 14:42 Energy Purchased for $9.95 3500

just 18 minutes before the event started. for real, 18 minutes!

there is any way i could get the event item? i really wanted to buy more CE, but unfortunatly i really cant.

so, with nothing further, i hope you can help me. thanks in advance.

Hi! Ouch, that's close.

Hi! Ouch, that's close. Unfortunately I'm not the right person to address your question about the Regalia (you'll want to e-mail support for that), but I do have some advice on getting the support pages working:

Make sure that Java Scripting is allowed by your browser to be able to use the Support Mail System . Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting in a web page. Once these are done, clear the browser's cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page (you can do that by pressing SHIFT-F5 on most browsers).

If that doesn't work, please let us know!

myabe im doing something

myabe im doing something wrong, im not sure.

i use google chrome browser, i cleared all cookies and cache from it, then logged and went to the PLAY page, so it would ask to let java to work. i said 'always for this site', stopped my antivirus protection and then went to the support link (the one in the top of the page), forced the refresh with shift+F5 and still not working.

You may need to enable

You may need to enable JavaScripting in general; the website is very slightly different, and that could be enough to make the difference. I'm using Firefox and just checked to see, and it's under Tools - Options, on the Content tab. I found this webpage with instructions on how to do the same thing on a variety of browsers.
