A Guild hall upgrade that use Guild Treasury Funds to buy CE from the market then converts the CE to Mist and added to the Guilds Mist Well. Guild Masters privilege only!

a good idea it is logical plus the guild's money is used and not that of the person in this way everyone has a right on the mist
Seems reasonable
Get 600 mist in the mist well for >> (takes top 5 offers to sell energy)
Officers should have the privileges too i guess.
