Daily prestige missions are the same i did yesterday hazardous heist and the same mission appears today

Where do you live and at wich time did you play?

"yesterday" and today could be the same day for the server.

Daily prestige missions are reset at 8:00 AM GMT daily.

If you ranked up then the same day's missions will reset and you can do them again.
