how could i have reached my spending limit,just put 10$ into my steam account to buy ce and when i get in the game it says i have reached my limit ?? i have no clue why thats there or what its for

Spending Limit
To check if you do have reached your limit, go to "My Account" at the top of the page, scroll down to the button "Get energy now" and check if you do have spent more than $10.
