I was inspecting players and saw that some of them had no armor protection at all. They just had costumes in their armor slots. Is this a new "thing" or their "full inspect" is not on?

it wont show what they actually have on if they don't have full inspect on, and it will fill the slots with whatever is on the outside (costume), showing no heat and no UVs. It will also fill it with costume items should they be wearing any
their full inspect isn't on.
If you can't see their prestige points they don't have it on.
