They look like a neon coloured sixpack of cans strapped to a tap. That's alright for the 4star version because I don't have to look at that one for very long, but the 5 star version should be something else. That's the main reason I don't have any alchemers, even though I have almost every other gun, including the ones people usually like to complain about (pepperbox, iron slug).

If you're ever doing a graphics update for some guns, I want alchemers to be the first. I'll even draw some suggestions if you want.

And what do you think I can do with no design or real art experience? I'll draw something so you can sleep at night, but even if it sucks, that doesn't mean the alchemer's design doesn't.

At least give a brief description, a drawing looks much better, about what your said alchemers are gonna look like. You don't just come here and ask, "Hey, I want you to make this look better." without giving some idea what how is it gonna look better.

...Seriously, you hardly one to start pointing fingers.

Also, "Omg these things look terrible. Also, I have no-idea what's better" is hardly a strong argument. You can't blame him for picking the obvious hole.

No art experience is hardly an excuse; if you can imagine something looking better, you can imagine WHAT makes it look better. Words work well enough.

Honestly, both images are more horrible than current alchemers.
Everyone has a different taste, we can't make everyone happy.

Personally I hate how all 5* swords are giant sticks. I'd rather use a proto sword over a 5* brandish :P

I always thought that the 5* Alchemers were the best looking guns in the game XD
First of all, this argument is mostly based on your opinion...............Secondly, just saying "Make it look better;improve the graphics" is hardly a suggestion. You have to give some information about WHY you want to change the look of the Alchemers.

Besides...............don't judge a book by its cover. Everything can't look exactly the way you want it too.

Instead of saying "I want the Alchemers changed", give details. What will it look like? Give the bars of it , etc... I see a lack of them...

I don't think they look bad, they just don't look BAD. Like "are you a bad enough dude" bad. They're solid guns mechanically with solid silhouettes visually. If anything, my only real complaint is that the 4- and 5-star versions aren't visually distinct enough from one another.

However, since we're thinking about it, I doodled up an alternate look based on the angled tanks on the 3* alchemers, which I think are pretty cool. Less perpendicularity can make things look more dangerous and "weapony."

...I'd rather go with the current look than any of those sketches, thanks.
It might not be the greatest-looking gun in the world, but having it look like suddenly bubbles would be weird.
Perhaps just placing the little canisters at an angle in the same manner as the 4*?

Poor OP, you guys are brutal.

But I agree. Alchemers make for unusually small( and ugly) 5* weapons. The 2* version is the most attractive of the lot.

If they are to be changed, I vote for arm cannon( like what Samus uses). This game needs more arm cannons.

Not going with the OP at all, HOWEVER, I do think they could do something suggestion worthy.

Take a look at Magma Driver, now Firo Driver, now back to Magma Driver.

Notice something? Unless it is just me, the Magma driver lacks particle effects.

Now, looking at the game's .dat files, Magma driver does have a particle effect, it just refuses to show.

I would suggest they fix this, and get all the particle effects on alchemers working, before any suggestions to change the looks of the guns come into play.
