I suggest that you also include (and bring back) the green giant slime, also there should be a bigger chance to find special monsters in this dungeon

idk what you're planning but..
Order of Events Depth 1: Mission Lobby > Slime Map > Off Trail Rusty Non-Working Gears > Sewage System > Ally > Elevator|
Order of Events Depth 2: Ready Station > Bio-Medical Research Lab > Protected Elevator|
Sounds like too much things to fit on each depth. Split it. After all, Vanaduke and OCH are 5 depths long.
Even without enemies, the sewers could be a level full of traps for example.
