Yeah, he managed to download the game, make an account (he actually made like 15 because none of them triggered the "download the app" process) and run the game, but whenever he tries to log on, it says "failed to connect to the server."
Any idea what the problem is? I can't log in on his computer either with my account.
How do you do that on a Mac? It doesn't provide instructions for that, and I can't see any relevant options in system preferences. I use a mac too (a different model though) and I'm not getting these problems, and got it to run first try.
Hello, I solved this problem by installing Windows on another HDD, with only graphic drivers and latest Java.
It still doesn't explain where the problem is and how to solve it.
Try adding the firewall exceptions from the Technical Help Sticky.
