Those are very old. Older than scenario room if I recall correctly.
I saw a few a long time ago, when running in arcade was normal, though those are definitely rare.

Personally, it's rare for me to see scenario rooms anymore. Used to run into truckloads of them.
This room, scenario or not, I've seen about three times only, total.
It looks like the OOO has taken someone's suggestion seerusly.
