At the beginning of Winterfest, a 3 second timer signifies when the big timer starts. But now a double timer is happening, taking 3 seconds away from the big timer that could be used for various purposes.

Just sayin. Probably wont be fixed because there's only a couple of days left but...

No timer is the biggest issue, and I'm thinking that people already exploited it without following ToS

If I were to guess, I'd say it's a semi-failed stealth-patch to get rid of infinite timer.
