I was playing Spiral Knights with my 1st account. When i press the button Go To Haven, it's only black screen and nothing happens. Strangely, with my 2nd account, i can enter Haven.
Can somebody tell me what's happening?!
Problem solved. It seems I had to wait for the system to reboot "facepalm"
i have dat problem b4 i had my new comp. maybe its just the internet connection or the connection of ur comp to the server i just fix tht by restarting computer and internet simultaneously then it working again if it didint try unplugging then plug again your internet or put a mini sattelite near your router

OP clearly said its an issue on one account only. This isn't something that grade 1 tech support is required. yes, the computer is plugged in. Yes, the monitor is on. Yes, CAPS LOCK is off. No, there is no coke can in the CD/DVD drive. This is, i suspect, an issue where the specific login is having issues entering an instance of haven, which is either a server side issue, or a file issue. The only thing I can think that the OP could do is to uninstall/reinstall SK, but frankly the best advice already came from Hex: post this in technical issues.
This is a frequent problem, move to technical issues, fairly sure they can help you there.
