Only since the forum avatar option first came out...
Also there has never been any gunslinger costumes in the winter/hallow events.
I believe the gunner hat and armor have the least amount of accessory options as well.
...
But when you're this pretty, you don't need anything else. Just hope they give us a pink gunner hat for valentines day.

Exactly, no gunslinger hat or poncho costumes, none for any of the bombers either. Seems that only fur coats are pretty much the dominant trend these days.
