Free Guild Hall wings?

So, I own a small guild. So small we can't afford the weekly fees, and we save the money to install a bunch of wings to unlock store features, buy everything we need, and uninstall the wings again. We build in bursts, so to say, and keep the Guild Hall at the default "0 fee" size, while enjoying the upper levels furniture.
The problem is, this time (the second time we do this) it didn't work. We installed, bought everything we needed, uninstalled, and the wings were still there. Since now there's a fee leading up to the next manteinance when you install a wing, we thought it was just a matter of time. The manteinance came and went, the wings are still there. The two 1F wings and a 2F wing, for 0 crowns a week.
The design mode lists the wings as uninstalled, and the Emporium only sells the basic 3 furniture. But the wings are there, we can walk though them, we can see them. We can put furniture in them, at least in design mode, but we won't publish it for fear of the thing glitching up.

You have to publish to take

You have to publish to take effect. Also isn't installing and removing the same thing as paying the upkeep fee?

Besides what store features would you need to be constantly deleting and buying it?

We did publish the removal of the wings >.< I thought that was clear in the original message, sorry, I know that changes arent truly made until you publish. What I was saying is that we didn't publish putting furniture there.
In other words: We removed the wings, published, and the wings are still there. An upkeep later, the wings are still there. For no fee. In the guild itseld, not in design mode.
¿Clearer?

Soooooooo...

Three weeks and three mainteinances later, we still have the wings we uninstalled. We aren't paying a crown, and the wings are still there.
We tried to repro it and it worked, with the same 3 expansions, for another guild. Seen the extreme disdain and indiference after reporting it, I'll be sharing the bug with all the guildmasters I know, 'cause hey, free features, right? If it works, it works.
Last try: Screen from a week ago or so, with the 2F hallway and the 0 in the mainteinance fee in the same screen. Notice the lack of design mode options in the console.

"If you find an exploitable bug you should report it yadda yadda" Tried all I could, sharing from now on.

Sharing exploits is still a banable offense even if GMs are too busy petting snipes to fix it.

Abe-Kun, your bug report was

Abe-Kun, your bug report was received and read--thanks for submitting it. Due to volume, bug reports generally do not receive a reply, but that doesn't mean the reports are going into a black hole. Bug reports are not met with "extreme disdain and indifference." Some bugs may take quite some time to fix, and others are fixed more quickly and easily.

I would caution you strongly not to spread any exploit around. Doing so would be a Terms of Service violation. You did the right thing by reporting the problem. Please don't ruin that for yourself. :P

Juances: GMs don't work on the game code, so they can pet all the snipes they want.

Thanks

"Doing so would be a Terms of Service violation."
I know that, and that's why I reported it, and why I won't share it. I don't care much about my account, I just wanted to do the right thing, and expected to get some feedback besides "OMG Y U IN DESIGN MODE U SO DUMB".
Hope you can fix it, the extra wings ruin the "small cramped chaotic bandit hideout" look I was shooting for xD
