Alright, so, usually I attempt to purchase CE on my mobile phone (Just because it's quicker) However I've tried multiple times today, and whenever I text them "Y" to confirm I wish to make the payment, I get a "Payment Failed" message. Does anybody know how I can resolve this problem?

Some carrier (like mine) block off payment sites like Paypal. So I'm guessing it's your carrier.
It's either your phone company or BOKU. Don't blame SK.
