Relationships are give-take. As far as I know of, there are no guilds that simply give out free 100cr a day (which, btw is a pitiful sum)
My guild has lotteries where everyone who wants to enter pays for numbers/tickets, and a few people win the jackpot. But in the end, guilds aren't for "cool things" and "big guild halls". Guilds are friends and family, and it's sad that you're looking for a guild simply because of selfish reasons.
Guildies save each other when someone dies in the clockworks, they run missions together, they play Lockdown together, they search for recipes for each other, they give gifts on Christmas/Winterfest, they help you with materials when you are in need.
But NEVER take that for granted. If you truly want a good guild, it'll be up to both you and the people in the guild. If you're selfish about it, and go just for crowns or for a training hall, or for an auction house or mist well, then you will most likely have a bad time, be kicked, and then rage.
Help your guildmates, think of them as family, don't be greedy.
(Also, your grammar is killing me. "I would like to join a big guild with a big guild hall that gives out cool things like 100cr a day."
