Well, According to Nick, "The use of sprites in the Coliseum is still up for debate". What do you guys think, should they add Battle Sprites on the Coliseum?
Personally I think that it shouldnt happen, just imagine strikers being protected by Seraphynx (Strikers + Seraphynx = Striker Guardians), running around killing stuff with a shield on them, or poisoning people to take them down in two hits (Which I think Poisoning is a bombers task, making bombers less important), but who knows.
I think they would be too cheap. Especially in Blast Network.
Maybe special ones, like, PvP exclusive.

I think it'd be silly if they were implemented into PvP, but at the same time could potentially add some variety? I dunno dude. I feel like this is one of those "let's see what would happen" sort of deals.
Actually, I think there should be no battle sprites for PVP at all. PVE only feature.
who plays PVE anyway when you do all the missions you get bored, but LD stays and it s not always the same... it would be great to add something new in not yust new lagy maps >:(
Not until Lockdown is balanced in a more realistic(? Not sure if that's the right word to use.) sense.
Plus, this adds a little flavour to PvE for people who have grown bored of it. Even if only for a little while.
I say OOO should bring back the brawl from beta. No striker, guardian, or whatever. No capturing points. Just straight up battling with shield AND with your pet. Or perhaps maybe other game modes.
Recons: spam abilities claoked. Guaridans: spam abiltiies sheilded.
Everyone: spam abiltiies behind the base barriers.
It coudl be made to work. Like adding a new "sprite class" or making abilities consume the class power.
It'll only fail if they get added right away without care.

Maskeraiths would ironically screw over recons with mass debuffs, especially if merely entering a haze bomb AOE will break your cloak, regardless of your status resists.
I had that very thought myself.
I'm in the very small camp that wants pets in Lockdown just to see something new happen there.
There should be a pets battle arena, where your pets alone go battle each other. Maybe even make it a 1 on 1 pokemon knock off haha
Why not make a new PVP capture the flag implimented with the new pets? make it bigger, so like 15v15 and different classes! its too risky to add it to LD cuz itl change it too much. after the hammers were introduced, i dont think adding new elements to PVP was a very good idea X)!!!
I want a PvP mode where the only method of damaging other players is via throwing pots, rockets, snowballs, and other random debris :P
i think they should be added.. who said guardians musn't be protected by seraphynx? :D
