For Snarbolax, ALWAYS

For Snarbolax, ALWAYS skolver/snarbolax set, BTS, BTB, and electron vortex
For RJ, varies but usually salamander + snarbolax, gran faust, fang of vog, BTS, and... I forgot what else.
For RT, usually FOV and skolver/snarbolax, and GF for the gremlins/quicksilvers
For vanaduke, mostly volcanic demo, divine veil, ancient plate shield, vile striker, electron vortex, and blitz needle.

Hariender why the hell use blitz in RJP? There's literally NOTHING weak to it in there.

You said blitz. And I

You said blitz. And I quote:

"In RJP i like to use blitz needle"

Also GF will ALWAYS do more to slimes than blitz needle.

Evidently.

Snarbolax is generally BTB, Nova Driver, BTS, Skolver, Dusker (if only because it isn't fully upgraded yet).
IMF has been Divine Avenger, Gran Faust, BTS, Vog Cub, PMoS.
RJP varies depending on mood. Sometimes Volc Demo with ISB and Fiery/Toxic Atomiser as well as an Honour Guard, or Gran Faust, Nova, BTS and Skolver. Or Shadowsun with Swiftstrike, VirCat and Polaris/Nova.
FSC has lately been full gunner with PMoS, Shadowsun, CoA, Nova and Plague. I don't really feel good enough to be using Swiftstrike regularly down there.

@Batabii

Silkwings are weak to piercing last I checked, so I wouldn't say 'literally' nothing.

For Snarbolax I'd bring whatever T1 stuff I have laying around, but assuming we're talking SL Snarbolax I go with:
Sun Shards, to spread stun and bellyflop beasts.
Crystal Bomb, for those undeads and the constructs.
If I only have three weapon slots I'll use my VH CTR DBB instead of those two bombs and wear some actual shadow armour.
Barbarous Thorn Blade for damage on the rabid Snarboli. I tried Pepperbox but I'm really not good enough at dodging those fast projectiles while maintaining a charge.
Polaris, to interrupt turrets. (Optional.)

For Royal Palace I bring whatever I feel like, but let's assume SL again:
Ash of Agni, to pacify ice cubes.
DR, for killing everything. One of the shadow shards if I feel like it.
Sun Shards, for spreading stun while killing silkwings.
Polaris, to interrupt turrets. (Optional.)

I've only done SL IMF once, and I wasn't very happy with the loadout I brought. I'll just tell you what works on regular IMF.
Dark Matter Bomb, because shocking salt isn't the best on quicksilvers. Also very fun to solve switch puzzles with.
Some kind of crowd control bomb for Mechas. Nitro, shivermist, stagger storm.
Volcanic Pepperbox, to press switches more easily and damage the boss.
Polaris, to interrupt turrets. (Optional.)

For Vanaduke, I like to vary it so I don't get bored, but my preferred loadout these days is:
Volcanic Pepperbox if I trust my whole party, Shivermist if I really want those tokens.
Crystal Bomb, to kill everything.
Sun Shards, to spread stun and kill Trojans.
I'd probaby bring Polaris to interrupt turrets in Shadow Lairs. Fourth slot would be whatever I'm heating. Never got to FSC without heating anything.

Alternative if I'm soloing:
DBB, for Vanaduke.
Nitro, for Vanduke's mask and general crowd control.
I try different things with the third slot. Still haven't found anything that'll make me better at dodging boolits in phase 4.
Whatever I'm heating and etc.

For OCH:
DR, to kill everything.
Nitro, for those turrets out of reach and the battlepods at Seerus that are immune to DR for no reason.
Shocking Salt Bomb, for ghostmane stalkers.
Any fourth weapon would be perfectly redundant.

Mine

Snarby:
Final Flourish+Electron Vortex (To suck the boss near that bell)+combuster+polaris
Snarbolax coat+Skolver cap
Barb Shield
x2 pentas :/ (Yes I'm pathetic) as usual.

JK:
Mainly Sword:
Acheron+Combuster+Electron Vortex+Fang of Vog
Barb shield
Snarbolax coat+Skolver cap
x2 pentas

Gunner:
Justifier Set
Magma+UmBRA Driver+Polaris+Biohazard
Ironmight Shield
x2 pentas/x2 Gun dmg modules

Bomber:
Volcanic Demo Set
Dark retribution+Nitronome+Venom Veiler+Ash of Agni
x2 Pentas

RT:
Sword:
Acheron+Combuster+Shiver+Polaris
Grey Feather set
x2 pentas
Grey Owlite Shield

Gunner:
Hail+Umbra Driver+Polaris+Volcanic Pepperbox
Nameless set
Grey Owlite shield

FSC:
Sword:
Combuster+Electron Vortex+Blitz+Argent Peacemaker
Penta+Gun CTR module
Shadowsun Set

Gunner:
Hail+Nova Driver+Blitz+Polaris/Argent Peacemaker/Valiance
Shadowsun set
x2 pentas/penta+CTR module

Bomber:
Full Volcanic set
DBB/Nitro+Shiver+Venom Veiler+Electron Vortex
x2 pentas

I'm mainly a gunner but I use my sword loadout the most as it provides fastest speed and decreases time. As a swordman I bring my Combuster everywhere because it's just awesome :)

Mah

Snarby: PMoS, assorted armours (Dusker for now as it's Pierce and I'm heating it), Swifty, Strike Needle, Cryo Driver
RJP: Skolver Cap, Vog Cub Coat, Swifty/DTS, Hammer, DR/Blackhawk
IMF: PMoS, Vog Cub Coat, APlate/Swifty, Levi, Blackhawk
FSC: PMoS, Vog Cub Coat (maybe Snarby, soon-ish), APlate, Hammer, Strike Needle

It helps that I know how to use the weapons effectively (most of the time; still getting used to the Needle). FYI I only have 2 slots and no trinkets as I can't be bothered to run FSC enough to sustain them. Also, I have better things to spend CE on (ie. More 5*s, part of a SL key to get another 5*, etc.)

-I have no weapon slots, no trinket slots.
Snarborlax: ___, ___, ___, Triglav, ___
RJP: PMoS, ___, ___, ___, Neutralizer, Dark Retribution
IMF: Mercurial Helm, Fencing Jacket, Swiftstrike Buckler, Divine Avenger, Vile Striker/Winmillion
FSC: PMoS, Armor of the Fallen, Ancient Plate Shield, Plague Needle, Vile Striker/Venom Veiler
(I generally build my equipment around my teammate(s)')

-Triglav for awesomeness
-Neutralizer for fun, Dark Retribution for jelly removal
-DA is instant kill for Roarmulus Twins (depending on party size), I sometimes go Wolver Cap and Twisted Targe if I have teammate(s), Vile Striker is because there are many parts where a double hit helps.
-I have a Grey Owlite shield, but APlate is the best for blocking Trojans, Wheels; Trojans deal mostly Normal damage. I tend to not block other things as much.

Snarby gets my generic beast loadout:

JK gets my slime loadout:
Mercurial, Ironmight, Combuster, GF, Umbra Driver, Polaris, 5H, Elite Slash

Twins get my elemental loadout:
Grey Feather, Ironmight (note to self: replace with owlite ASAP), Combuster, GF, Umbra Driver, Polaris, 5H, Elite Slash

Vana gets his own loadout:
