How exactly do I get a picture under my username when I forum?

This question is asked incredibly frequently. For example, on the first page of the New Recruits forum, there is already a thead devoted to just this question: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/71634.
I'm not saying this to be mean. I'm just saying that you might look at the forums a bit more, in case they already have your answer. Enjoy the game. :)
