Level 1 abilities?
Haha, you have me blocked in-game, I see :P
I see a +4 health bonus... Do you remember if there was still a +4 health bonus when it was level 1? Since it's a five-star item, I would assume it is....

Saphy, only at lvl 5 the
Saphy, only at lvl 5 the health bonus is increased. This goes for every item that I know off, at lvl 5 and 10 they have the option to gain an attribute.

Cyanide purchased the recipe for this earlier today, so it's not necessarily an ultra-rare item. But the art is nice.
