Improvement of mecha knight kits

If you look at a mecha knight he looks terrible. He is always carrying a 3* shield and sword. So like a monster becomes stronger getting nearer the core why doesn't the friendly mecha knight do? can't he carry a 5* shield and sword to help us rather than being a distraction.

PS for those of you who don't what i am talking about go to the link below and see "Notable Mecha Knights"

the link

http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Mecha_Knight

What i mean is that give him a Aegis and Leviathan Blade for t3 mission.

PS again there is no need to comment since i just post my idea and forget about it.

I always see you coming back to your posts and replying, so it doesn't matter.

Basically we all know how underpowered a mecha knight can be, especially when they are much worse than vials. It does need a buff, as strong as the normal mecha knights you find roaming around the clockworks, hand made and assembled by gremlins.

Although it'd be a neat idea and I'd gladly give it a +1. The point of Mecha Knights is to be a useful distraction or assistance in the lower tiers. Kinda like a little "buddy" that can help in Arenas. They're useful at that point so you can be dependent on them. By the time you reach T3 you usually have no need for them... however, it'd still be nice if they could be upgraded in the lower tiers for those who aren't used to it.

Have it like:

Mecha Knight Kit (1*): "Deploys a Mecha Knight with a Calibur and a Defender."
Super Mecha Knight Kit (3*): "Deploys a Mecha Knight with an Ascended Calibur and a Mighty Defender."
Ultra Mecha Knight Kit (5*): "Deploys a Mecha Knight with a Leviathan Blade and an Aegis."

They'd be more useful at least. In fact I suggest having T3 NPC Knights have this too since they're a reskin of the Mecha Knights.

ACTUALLY

All i want is for the mecha knights to react as everything in the clockworks. When we get nearer the core our weapons do more damage, the monsters become stronger and etc so why not a mecha knight who is trying to help us?

And one more thing. Mecha knight kits our very rare in t1, in t2 they appear more and once when i was doing fsc WITH MY FRIENDS WE HAD A TOTAL OF 3 MECHA KNIGHTS WITH US.

So again when these kits were needed they are rare and when you don't need them they are so easy to find.

@Glacies Thanks for the detailed decryption i was to lazy to put one so thanks.

If anything they should carry the lower set of each tier, 0*-2*-4* not 1-3-5.

I once saw someone with 12 mechas. Crazy stuff given to them by a GM.

I agree with this suggestion e.g if you find a Mecha Knight Kit in Startum 5 then it should have 4* gear with him and the do make excellent diversions if you're soloing or in a small party.

I don't care whether they are

I don't care whether they are given 4* or 5* gear for t3 but these mecha knights help us a lot. Isn't it time to pay a little tribute to them ?

So i request OOO to make mecha knight kits like what Glacies has said.

Thank you.

A graphical update isn't necessary, because damage output =/= Weapon in Hand. Seerusly, those NPCs you save wield Caliburs, with he mechanics of a Proto Sword.

Just scale their damage-levels and HP up to the appropriate numbers. They end up more as cannon fodder than anything, and as it stands, that's some weak fodder.

@Psychodestroyer

So you mean to say that the mecha knights do the same kind of damage in all tiers?

...I was talking, technically, to the Devs. The best you can do is edit the OP and change it to that. Just because they hold a Levi doesn't mean it'll do the same damage.

I don't care whether they hold a calibur or a proto sword but they should do more damage in t3 and less in t1 which are normal physics of the clockworks.

PS how can you type so fast 5 minutes ago you were posting on art's dancing company.

That's what Scaling is.

I refresh my pages a lot and practice.

@OOO

Can some dev show me their attacking power from t1 to t3 if they do more damage in t3 and less in t1 then i am perfectly okay.

But however i just remembered when i was a squire i had mecha knight with me and that mecha knight practically saved me through the entire level and when i had a mecha knight in fsc a few shots from the zombies killed it so either the mecha knight remains the same or does he improve.

Can somebody pls check their damage and tell me?
