Game Not Responding

I play this game at low graphics and it works fine. However when monsters get summoned from party buttons, or when i start switch shooting or play lockdown, the whole game will freeze and become not responding. If i click the window again, it turns all white and it bascially becomes a non-moving screen. However just be leaving it not responding, the game never returns. Then when I try to open spiral knights again, a window pops up saying that "sorry, java is already running" or something like that. So in the end I have to restart my whole computer. When I do return im usually kicked from the party or from the lockdown game without the heat and the krogomo coin(s) respectively.

Is there anything that can prevent this? Or can I open spiral knights again without restarting my computer.

Thank you

#1 : Check if you meet minimum requirements @ http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Technical_issues_FAQ#Does_your_computer_me...

#2 If you meet minimum requirements, please stop any other unnecessary programs such as your browser etc. Do note "minimum requirements" meant the game is ran under minimum programs, probably without svchost.exe hogging up all your ram and etc.

#3 if java is still running, go to your task manager and end java.exe from there.

Thanks guys, but Steam forums says it's the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Spiral Knights\rsrc problem, so I just removed the whole C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Spiral Knights directory and redownloaded the whole game. It works!
