I coundn't describe it properly but it's crippled and very weird. I've personally never encountered such a bug/glitch before and it's behavior is beyond my ability to explain.
Anyways I was carrying a person through 5-1 Chilled to the Bone mission, we made it through the first floor and was at the ending of the second floor - where we can already see the elevator.
3 Kats spawned in my face, therefore I picked up my hammer and used AT advancing around one combo (consists of first swing and second dash, I usually shield after the second dash) ko-ing 2 of them. The third Kat flew in a corner and I dashed towards it, the dash didn't deal any damage but the accidental last swing crushed it's soul. Oh well we can move now, but I was glitched into that corner. I counldn't move at all despite my effort, punching the keyboard and rage clicking the mouse. I therefore tried to hammer swing out, but my hammer became very weird. I kind of drifted along the screen and got teleported back, the drifted again but this time it was at the same spot. I was able to type stuff, was able to speak and obviously was able to see my character talking (the speech bubble) but still counldn't move out. I tried using other weapons but they kept switching back to my hammer when I try 'attacking', my attack button (left mouse button) kind changed to my weapon switching key. My connection was fine, red little dot as usual. Usually if I get something above 1 bar, (2, 3 or even 4) that's a sybolisation of network congestion/latency but I wasn't lagging at all - my messages weren't delayed.

I decided to restart my client and found myself alone, the other dude already went up when I was disconnected. But still I wasn't able to move at all, this time I couldn't even hit 'Enter' and type stuff. But I was able to select vials just not able to use them. After around 30 seconds my screen went full black and I knew what happened. I got 'caught' in the elevator. (This happens when someone disconnects on an elevator of party members going on one leaving the person disconnected)

Has anyone else encountered such a bug? Or was it due to my intense crappy Internet? I ran a cmd-ping test everything was fine.
