Their legs end in stumps. Look at any of the plate mail armors if you done believe it.

The only logical explanation is that in order to join the order of the spiral knights they have to cut off their own feet as a sign of loyalty.

"they have to cut off their own feet as a sign of loyalty."

Ooh, that was scary...

Nah

They could also have hooves or elephant-like feet.

One of my more farfetched guesses, but as good as any.

Maybe the lack of mass in the legs and feet would be so that the knights can focus the flow of energy and adrenaline through the rest of their body. Hence the relative ease in wielding very heavy weapons and equipment using arms alone.

The papaya thinks...........

You know, I've always wondered what our knights look like WITHOUT their armor.....................For some reason, I always picture a body of blue mist, with a slightly humanoid structure...................I doubt our knights have feet at all..................

Wow, that is a scary thought.

It's probably just that they're trying to do the opposite of every other powered armor system, however.

Maybe they bound their toes together?

I have noticed this before.

I think their balance must be excellent. How do they stand up on ice? Clearly they're not just blue mist, since fire and such hurts them. They must have some kind of fleshy bodies under that armour. The lack of fee also explains why we cannot jump, which requires all those funny foot muscles.

Steal toed boots and spiked

Steal toed boots and spiked ice shoes are coming out in an update after the pets. It just hasn't been decided yet whether they should be placed in armor or weapons.

check the wiki

It says they have stumpy feet. It's probably just natural.

Uhm...

Maybe they are wearing high heels? The heel part of the Ancient plate mail is just that purple bit...

Stumped feet you say? :3

@Sentinel-Zx
Now that you mention it, is seems that no humanoid creatures in the game have "feet"...........

@Unstable-Ordinance
How do they run around in high heels? 0_0

We don't have feet because

We don't have feet because PCgamer gave us an unfair score 51%, thus cutting our feet in half, leaving the heels only.

Star Fox Robot Legs Anyone?

Maybe because they came from outer space and had to fly space-craft in high-G environments, they cut off their feet for their own good.

Just check out the robo legs on the original Star Fox: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/52/Star_Fox_SNES.jpg/29...

.....

Or maybe it was a way to reduce the polygon budget by a few single triangles? hehe

I don't care what anyone says, that thing about the legs in starfox is just an urban legend.
