So I was at Auction house today When a stranger asked if he/she could buy my helm with crown of winter?

So I asked for a price check from Njthug (thanks Nj!)
I offered this stranger the price Nj told me...

True Story:
Someone came up to me infront of the AH asking me for 15k

Me: "...Why?"
Him: "for weapon."
Me: "...Yeah. Why?"
Him: "I need it to complete e mission."
Me: "...So you want me to give you 15k for free so you can buy a weapon so you can finish a mission?"
Him: "Yes."
Me: "No."

He goes and bugs someone else.

Other: "what do you want?"
Him: "12k"
Me: "He wants 15k so he can buy a weapon and finish a mission, apparently."
Him: "psy"
Him: "shut up"

Idle beatdown consisting of someone asking me what was up, and me replying that I hated arrogant beggers, resulting in said begger giving me an angry face before running off somewhere.

I remember I was doing a vana run, when he randomly appeared, because he was one of the party members guild mates. He was completely useless throughout the entire run. You could tell he was some noob with fancy accesories but no skill.

FYI, 'scammer' does not equal noob. Just cuz he offered you a price you don't like doesn't mean he's breaking TOS and wants to trick you into forking over your life savings e.e Poor mods have to cycle through all the pointless reports because of the large group of paranoid players in SK that believe scamming is the same thing as naming a price.

Just my two cents though, some of said players will probably hate. I hope you understand where I'm coming from though, no hostility intended ^.^

In short, he means that not every person who offers you a severely underpriced offer is a scammer, however noob they are.

Although I'm pretty sure this shows that this particular person was in fact trying to pull a fast one, and wasn't just ignorant of the price, or just trying to bargain.

This is **NOT** a joke:

I was running the arcade on a public run trip as solo (2012 fall, I think in November), when this guy showed up and opened a shadow lair without asking. I thought it was a joke at the time (Because he didn't have the gear at that time) and questioned him, until I ran up to the snarby gate and saw it was opened. TL;DR My body was not ready (Total fail).

This guy... Blows 1800 ce on a shadow key when he's not ready for it and doesn't even form a party beforehand (I'll just waltz in and throw a damn key in whenever I want!).

Do not try to understand him because you won't... I had to lay down for the rest of the day after that incident...

Yeah, I remember thinking he was fairly decent, seeing his trade requests in the Area-chats, when he suddenly appeared in my party, 1) Being totally useless, 2) Pretty much not reviving anyone.

I like to think I'm more tolerant to people I don't know, but he was an annoyance at best.

I think i might have met this guy while Recipe Hunting and doing FSC runs in the Arcade, around September/November 2012. While looking at Basil Recipes, (Forgot what i was after) he didn't have what i was after. Not long after that, He (might be him) joined and went straight towards Darkfire Citadel and opened it without question. i was shocked, Why would he open a Shadow Lair completely randomly without organizing a party? I asked him why, sadly i forgot what his reply was and i was not even ready for Darkfire Citadel yet.

So we entered. We had 3 5* knights (including me) and one 4* in Ash Tail, he was wearing vog, i forgot what the other guy was wearing. I was wearing:

Heavenly set (hadn't even started heating this)
2x Soaking Wetstone Pendant
Crest of Almire
Combuster
Blitz Needle
Argent Peacemaker
Barbarous Thorn Blade

At the start, it wasn't too bad. We had a few deaths then and there. But the guy in vog left after dying ONCE to the wheels so it was now just the 3 of us. Not long after, the other guy left after dying a few times so now it was just me and the Ash Tail guy. we made it to the front doors of Darkfire Citadel (Last room on Blackstone Bridge) and then we wiped, then the Ash Tail guy left so now it was just me. I made a wise decision: Leave the run or carry on? I choose the latter and proceed to kick every monster's butt and solo Darkfire Citadel despite dying like 7 times in the progress. (Would of been 5 if the Toxigel didn't spam thorns in the Unknown Passage.)

Still, first hes (if it's him) randomly entering Shadow Lairs without organzing and now this? My Devilites!

I've seen the lil bugger before. He was in my guild for all of three minutes and was booted for badmouthing another gm for no reason at all. Later in the day I saw him spouting some bs about me kicking him from runs all the time....I never even played with him before. His chats always make me chuckle though :)
On a side note. I received three emails about the password on my account being changed today. Should I be worried?
