I lost over 50k crowns in haven 1. my screen crashed and when i got back on i lost 3,500 ce also was gone that i had just purchased. This is not good at all. Please help immediatley!!!!!!!

A "screen crash" wouldn't
A "screen crash" wouldn't cause a loss of crowns or energy, since those are stored on the server.
