@Zaderules You want to know what guilds are about? Please read the following description.
Mmk. Imma refer you as KoI. (On a side note: Koi Nami is a sexy skin :3)
Caution the following is the truth and if you can handle it then and only then read it.
I Feel Dis Guy Iz Trolling Me
Guilds are like companies which recruit employees. The bigger the company the more people want to get in it.
Mmk. Lookin good so far.
When the company wants that specific person they will work their butts off to get him and when they don't want a person or his use in the guild is over.
Whoa Whoa Howla Howla. The first part makes sense, sort of. Although most guilds don't really care if that specific person won't join them. If the person doesn't want to join, then don't join. Simple as that. And, what do you mean they don't want a person? Then just don't invite him? And, what do you mean by they don't want his use? Use for what? What is this company trying to do? Make Pokemon Games? Selling naughty stuff (Example: **** - censored)? Yeah..... You don't do that in SK. LOL. Now, the only way I can think of when guilds are "using" someone is via Lockdown or Guild Upkeep. If someone was bad in Lockdown, they wouldn't even be recruited in the first place. If someone didn't want to help with guild upkeep, they wouldn't even be with the guild. Simple.
They throw him out like a banana peel.
Yeah. They throw the guy out like a banana peel and then before they know it they slip on the banana peel and fall. BANANA PEEL IS OP.
Sometimes the person gets annoyed and starts his own company.
Annoyed is the wrong word. It's usually either where one person would like to take on the leadership role of the Guild Master and experience what it's like, or a person has conflict in an old guild.
He starts to recruit employees. When the company starts to go bankrupt the boss leaves it and joins a bigger company as a employee.
First part is true. All guilds will recruit people (Derp). Joining the bigger "company" or guild usually requires an application process. However, some guilds just straight up recruit anyone they see.
His former company starts to die and eventually it dies.
Families break apart. That happens. But I'm sure people within that "company" or guild will at least acknowledge other "employees" or guildies.
This reduces the competition for the bigger company and then one of the members of that company which died creates his own company.
What exactly are "companies" competing for? Lockdown Leaderboards? No one really cares about that anymore. The more you play the higher you go. Simple as that. Or Competing for Recruitment? There is a bajillion people out there. I'm pretty sure there are people that you can recruit into your guild and get to know them and become family :)
And this cycle keeps on going.
Soo...... is there anything wrong about people leaving their guild and starting a new one? Happens in a family. A family member doesn't feel he/she is fitting with the family, there's nothing wrong about leaving and starting a new one. There are still family members within the initial family that still acknowledge that individual, so not everything just goes down the hole.
And sometimes the boss dies(or as in the game he leaves it).Like aegis team, artistbrma's guild( I don't know the name of it),exiled force and even dark guardians.
Soo... the family member leaves due to conflict with in game or real life. Again, family members still acknowledge that individual.
But there are still some guilds which behave as a family the only problem is there are only 1 guild like this in a million.
All guilds behave like a family whether they intend to be one or not. They do NOT act like a company that slips over OP Banana Peels.
KoI...... I call this gg. /salute
@Msaad :
