If someone is banned, are they allowed to play on other accounts they have made? I'm not sure if I should report someone who said they were banned on another account.
Also, if someone is banned for scamming, do you get stuff back? A bunch of people and I reported a scammer, he came back on another account and said his other account was banned, but we didn't get stuff back.
Yes, I'm Hareth. FYI, I think naming scammers ("shaming") isn't allowed, so don't use actual name of the scammer. The game masters will take care of it, plenty of reports in.
Sad to tell you but yes. you must report them if they said they were banned in other account, because they are avoiding Ban account and thats something that its against the rules (sometimes GM says that if someone avoid ban with an ALT account they ban the alts accounts too). they must wait for their ban end so they can play again. but if they dont and make a new account then they just break that rule because Ban avoid.

If I were you I would edit those names that you posted, because that is against the ToS forum stuffs that you agree to when you log in. It states that you should not participate in naming and shaming on the forums, or providing names of players to other players rather than to GMs through a complaint or a support email (regardless of how awful the actions of the named players were).
From past experience, this can result in a warning - after the warning, I just assumed that people get a forum ban or something like that.
