So I was hosting this Shadow Lair run, and opened a snarby run. When I got on the elevator, I got lagged and wouldn't show me anything. The screen got stuck and I had to relogin! Now that the shadow lair is restricted, I lost 1800 ce and I cant join! Help me D:

Send an email to support. They can track things, like what was in your inventory at x time I am fairly sure but not certain.
Just give them an email having as many time periods and dates as possible for them to find complete proof, I do not know completely if they can give you back shadow keys but I have heard about something similar to this in the past if it was ultimately lag / not anything in your control.
I lost power in the middle of a Shadow Lair once. Just fill a support ticket and they will get you back in.
