I recently added funds to my steam wallet with a visa gift card in order to purchase 7500 ce. However when I clicked "Authorize", I get m.billing_error in blue text. Could I have this issue resolved? The money has been withdrawn from my card (I checked the balance) but the transaction won't go through. My IGN is Erythrocyte.
I've even received a confirmation email that I've added funds to my Steam Wallet:

I got this bug too in the past.
The problem is with your version of java. Make sure it's java 1.6 and in 32-bit mode. I literally got the exact same problem as you a month ago (and reported it here). This fixes it.
