Go to Forum Preferences, you know, the screen where you can change avatars. It says at the bottom.
Might not be entirely accurate since its based on forums but it's the only one I found.

If you are on steam, it tells
If you are on steam, it tells you exact date and time.
I'm not though, so I do what Juances says.

another option
Another option is to go through the wiki. It gives a different date than the forums. In my case, it closely matches the date I started playing. But for at least one player (I forget who) it does not closely match the date he started playing.
A. Copy and paste this address into the address (URL) bar of your web browser:
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/index.php?title=Special:ListUsers&offset=0...
B. Change the user name "012leaf" at the end to your user name (not your knight name). Press Return/Enter to load that page. You've just jumped into the middle of a huge list of Spiral Knights users.
C. Click the link "previous 50" to go back one page in this huge list. Your user name should appear at the bottom of that page, along with your date.
