How do you redeem codes?

I have several codes with me but I don't know how to redeem them

Processing Thoughts of You Always
  1. Log on to your character.
  2. Click on the little cog button in the top left corner.
  3. Click 'Redeem Code' from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter code.
  5. Press OK.
