Besides the charge, they are identical, as Troupe-Forums says. In fact, their charges are also identical in their first strokes. Their charges differ only in how they proceed after the first stroke (more strokes vs. projectiles), and how fast they charge (BTB charges somewhat faster).
They're 100% exactly the same. Just that flourishes are easier to get recipes for and ragecraft for uvs whilst btb you have to roll for the most part
