The new mission had a weird glitch where I permanently got poisoned. The tick says 0 but I couldn't heal, nor could I get rid of it from dying.

Your not the only one. There are people like me who got permanently stunned and another player said that he was permanently shocked.
Might help to say what it was that poisoned you, if you remember.
