When you got an elevator pass, you can go anywhere, whenever you want, so people are just grinding away and inviting themselves when they spot a Black Kat. And that is how you can already see them.

Idea: Increase the amount of
Idea: Increase the amount of black kat spawns, decrease the book drop rate so it's about the same as it is now. This lets people get more tokens, but finding the book is still rare.
