Inactive Plug-in

Unable to log in to game as when I click on the play tap on the main Spiral Knights web site it states inactive plug-in. I have clicked on this to check for updated software, however it states there is no new software after checking. I’m playing on a Mac and haven’t had this problem before when logging in, please advise?

Because the software is there, but as you said, inactive :P Instead of an update, activate it.
Go to your browser plugins/extentions config settings and see if java or something is off.

Inactive plug-ins

Hi I have checked my extensions in settings and they are on, however there is not an extension for spiral knights showing, should there be one?

I have also checked Java setting and there is a tick next to enable applet plug-inand Web Start , so I think that is okay? I didn’t have this problem last week when I played, not sure why the plug in is now inactive and I can’t now play?

are you using Firefox? It seems it's auto disabling Java. I have to reenable it every time. You could try the downloadable version and see if that helps.
