Really? The first respond to my request was January 06 and the latest was January 18. I was suspecting it takes the admins about 2 weeks to respond. I hope not 3 :(

They read all of it in 10 or so minutes. Replying takes longer since some questions require a specialist like Helios and Clotho. I once had a support ticket take a few days even when it was upgraded to a Lead issue.

It depends on what the support ticket is about. Game breaking in game bugs (like vana not moving) will get a response in 2-10 minutes.

The longer I waited was 2 days. A GM said they couldnt answer my question so I had to wait for the team engineer.
But this was a special request they usually answer within the same day.
And I'm spanish, we only have 2 GMs.

Im english I asked them to transfer my steam characters into non steam. They responded in 18 days and haven't gotten a response since January 18 so I guess ill just have to be patient.
