How OOO expects players to even obtain 1 5* helm from this update is beyond me. So the Black Kat drops 3 pages in tier 3 and has a very very low encounter rate. Each of the iterations of the helms requires even more pages on top of the other one. The prestige mission only gives you 5 pages and can only be done once per day. I even bought an elevator pass hoping that I could enjoy this little event, but no, that's not the case. I played for 4 hours and encountered ONE black kat. That's nonsense. F2P players aren't gonna get jack out of this are pretty much forced to buy an Elevator Pass if they want to get enough pages. I know the tokens are still in the game after the event, but anything can happen to the Tokens/NPCs seeing how vague OOO likes to be when approaching the community when it comes to content(example, the recent changes to Chaos Set, which could have been tested in the Test Server, but I digress.).

I'm guessing since the NPCs are staying after the event is over that:

a) The Black Kat stays in the game in the clockworks and retains it's very low encounter rate.

b) The prestige mission is removed after the event.

I was really excited to hear about the return of an old item. Only to have it behind this GRINDFEST you call an event. I haven't been this disappointed in a long while. Waste of money and waste of time.
